Better Than Any Flu Shot?!

You hear it on the radio, see it on television, and read it in magazines, “It’s flu season, so you better get your flu shot!” Like most, they run to their nearest drug store or primary care physician to get jabbed with a toxic fluid they feel will keep them from getting the flu. Flu shots contain a number of toxic chemicals like: mercury (known to cause autoimmune diseases and linked to autism), Ethylene Glycol (main ingredient in antifreeze), Phenol (poisonous injections used by the Nazis’), and Aluminum.
So what do you do the next time flu season hits? Well, first off, I recommend avoiding flu shots like the plague. What I’ve known to work best are the following:
1) Wash your hands constantly and don’t touch your face.
a. I know it sounds simple but this is quite possibly the best advice during flu season.
2) Avoid refined sugar (bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, cookies, candy, cake, ice cream, soda, all baked foods and desserts)
a. Bacteria and Viruses love sugar! This is the best way to starve them.
3) Water, water, and more water!
a. Water makes it possible for your body to bring in the good and out with the bad. With no water, processes become stagnant allowing foreign invaders to manifest.
b. Preferably spring, artesian, or filtered tap.
4) Supplement with ionized calcium (calcium lactate) and vitamin C.
a. Key to any cold or flu is to strengthen your immune system and these two do just that.
b. Avoid citrus fruits and juices. Citrus fruits alkalize the gut, we want to acidify it.
So there you have it, four simple things you can do to help combat any cold or flu that I’ve found works better than any flu shot out there! So next time you think you need a flu shot, think about what’s in them, then follow my simple rules and keep yourself well.
